Atunlo is a major supplier of frozen fish and seafood from the Atlantic, Indian and Pacific Oceans to the food industry. The company has been supplying markets around the world with raw materials for more than 25 years. It also has five production plants based across Spain, Portugal, and Cape Verde with the capacity to process up to 300 tonnes of products daily.

The company advocates conservation initiatives aimed at protecting marine ecosystems for future generations. It is also committed to supporting and developing fishing techniques and products that are truly sustainable. A great example has been their over two decade ongoing support of one-by-one tuna fisheries.

Through Atunlo’s promise to source the best raw materials and deliver products of the highest standard to its customers, it ensures specialised quality controls are adhered to at the loading and unloading stages of its production chain, as well as throughout its processing plants.

We champion responsible fishing practices in all of the fisheries we source from. As part of this engagement, we will work with IPNLF to drive further sustainability improvements in our one-by-one tuna supply chains in the Atlantic Ocean.
